Key Responsibilities:  Identify and pursuing new business opportunities in the E-learning market.  Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, such as Schools, Universities, Corporations, and Government agencies.  Promoting and presenting the E-learning products/services offered by the organisation, such as online courses, learning platforms, content development, and consulting.  Creating and delivering proposals, contracts, and quotations that meet the client’s needs and expectations.  Negotiating and closing deals with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.  Collaborating with the sales pipeline and reporting on sales performance and progress.  Researching and attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate new leads.  Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the sales process or after the delivery of the e-learning service/ products.  Keeping up to date with the latest developments and innovations in the e-learning industry and applying them to improve the organization’s e-learning offerings.  Establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships and collaboration with other e learning providers, vendors, and stakeholders.  Providing Regular feedback and reports to the senior management on the e-learning sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
