Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst
Type of Engagement: 6-month contract with potential for long term extension (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Hybrid position located in Tempe, AZ (2 days/week)
Job Overview
This role involves supporting developers within our clients Analytics organization for migrations off existing enterprise platforms SAS and Tableau) while leveraging BA best practices, creating reports, managing documentation, developing test cases, and working across the full SDLC.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings with various departments to gather and analyze information.
- Develop recommendations by identifying opportunities from meeting insights.
- Collaborate with project leaders and team members to create strategic plans, roadmaps, and transition plans.
- Support the development of future-state organizational designs.
- Utilize and enhance the client’s BA framework with templates and tools.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10+ Years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to design questionnaires that elicit meaningful responses.
- Experience in effectively managing and facilitating meetings.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $60.00 - $65.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
