Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with overall 8+ years of exp for BigCommerce implementation project. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing the whole processes, ensuring a smooth execution with minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand the Scope:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the full scope of the project.
• Identify and document current challenges and desired outcomes.

1. Break Down Requirements into Sprints Backlog:

• Work with the Product Owner to divide the project into manageable tasks.
• Ensure each sprint delivers incremental value and allows for review and refinement.

1. Document Business Requirements:

• Gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria based on these requirements.

1. Create and Refine User Stories:

• Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Ensure tasks are manageable within the sprint framework.

1. Engage Stakeholders:

• Maintain ongoing engagement with stakeholders throughout the project.
• Collect feedback during sprint reviews and align the product backlog with evolving business needs.

1. Mitigate Risks and Manage Dependencies:

• Identify potential risks and dependencies early in the project.
• Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and manage dependencies effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Ecommerce projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements and creating user stories.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with financial services and securities knowledge is a plus.
