Sales Business Management:
Assist in order management, revenue tracking, payment collection, and statistical analysis. -Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning. -Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. -
CRM and Pipeline Management: -Manage customer relationships and the sales pipeline. Use CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions, identify new business opportunities, and support the expansion of the customer base. -Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market and competitors to inform sales strategies. -
Sales Team Coordination: -Organize sales meetings, set agendas, and record minutes. Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. -Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the sales process and address any operational issues. -
Team Building and Morale: -Plan and organize team activities to enhance team spirit and collaboration. Foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity and job satisfaction. Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Track record of collaborating and driving impact across cross-functional teams – You can effectively partner with Product & Solutions/Supply Chain/Services and other teams.
Familiar with sales process, sales strategy and related sales tools (e.g. CRM system, sales automation tools, etc.).
Proficient in both English and Chinese communication with excellent writing skills. *Strong commercial sense is a big plus.
