该职位来源于猎聘 About Mars Renewable Mars Renewable (MARS) is dedicated to the global Battery Storage Business, with the aim to become a global leader of battery solution provider. Our team combined has established a track record of 2+ GW of grid-connected renewable projects globally. What You’ll Do -

  • Sales Business Management:
  • Assist in order management, revenue tracking, payment collection, and statistical analysis. -Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning. -Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. -
  • CRM and Pipeline Management: -Manage customer relationships and the sales pipeline. Use CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions, identify new business opportunities, and support the expansion of the customer base. -Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market and competitors to inform sales strategies. -
  • Sales Team Coordination: -Organize sales meetings, set agendas, and record minutes. Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. -Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the sales process and address any operational issues. -
  • Team Building and Morale: -Plan and organize team activities to enhance team spirit and collaboration. Foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity and job satisfaction. Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Track record of collaborating and driving impact across cross-functional teams – You can effectively partner with Product & Solutions/Supply Chain/Services and other teams.
  • Familiar with sales process, sales strategy and related sales tools (e.g. CRM system, sales automation tools, etc.).
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese communication with excellent writing skills. *Strong commercial sense is a big plus.
