About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in modern DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and distributed systems. You will play a key role in designing, developing, migrating and maintaining cloud-native solutions and infrastructure, including migrating Databricks jobs and enabling marketplace product deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions across GCP
• Migrate applications from the Azure platform to GCP
• Manage and deploy resources using Terraform, ensuring infrastructure is codified, version-controlled, and repeatable
• Lead the containerization and orchestration of services using Kubernetes
• Support and optimize the deployment of marketplace products such as Apache Pulsar and Aerospike
• Handle Databricks job migrations, ensuring smooth transition with minimal impact on performance
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to integrate and support PostgreSQL/SQL and distributed NoSQL databases
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable deployments
• Collaborate on building capabilities around campaign management using GCP tools and APIs
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms with knowledge of GCP good to have.
• Proficiency in Terraform and infrastructure as code practices
• Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container-based deployments
• Working knowledge of Apache Pulsar and/or similar messaging systems
• Experience with distributed NoSQL databases such as Aerospike
• Strong skills in PostgreSQL or general SQL
• Experience in Databricks, especially around job migration
• Familiarity with GCP campaign management capabilities through APIs and integrations
• Solid scripting or programming skills (Python, Bash, etc.)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver)
• Previous experience in a high-scale, data-intensive environment
