The Sr. Archer Developer will play a key role in developing and delivering GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions, focusing on Regulatory Compliance, Operational Risk, IT Risk, Disaster Recovery, Supplier Risk, and Privacy Risk. The ideal candidate should have strong Archer development expertise, experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of workflow design and application development.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Archer Development & Customization:
Develop, configure, and customize Archer GRC solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements.
Design and implement workflows, dashboards, reports, and system integrations within the Archer platform.
GRC Project Delivery:
Work on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) projects, focusing on Regulatory Compliance, Operational Risk, IT Risk, Disaster Recovery, Supplier Risk, and Privacy Risk.
Ensure projects adhere to SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
Technical Implementation & Support:
Design and optimize Archer workflows and application development techniques.
Provide ongoing Archer platform enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimizations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and compliance teams to capture and refine requirements.
Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams regarding Archer best practices.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
5+ years of Archer development experience, including advanced configuration and workflow automation.
Hands-on experience delivering GRC projects in Regulatory Compliance, Operational Risk, IT Risk, Disaster Recovery, Supplier Risk, and Privacy Risk.
Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile project methodologies.
Technical Skills:
Workflow design & application development in Archer.
Strong knowledge of IT standards, methodologies, and audit requirements.
Nice-to-Have Skills
GRC Tools & Integration:
Experience configuring other GRC tools similar to Archer.
Programming & Data Skills:
Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, C#, SQL, XML/XSLT, Tableau, Python.
Business & Project Management:
Experience in business analysis and project management for GRC initiatives.
Ability to capture and refine requirements directly from business stakeholders.
