We are seeking a highly skilled SCM Functional Analyst with deep, hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and a proven ability to lead functional configuration, support business process improvements, and drive system enhancements. This is a key role focused on delivering value across procurement, inventory, order management, planning, and manufacturing processes within the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment .
Responsibilities
The job responsibility entails functional support and guidance to business users by analyzing requirements, resolving issues, and optimizing Oracle SCM processes to align with business objectives. The detailed job description, but limited to, are:
Act as the primary functional lead for Oracle SCM modules within the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform.
Manage all activities within the track including prioritization of incidents and enhancements for Supply Chain track.
Coordinates with business users on new enhancements and collaboratively helps the business prioritize new enhancements.
Manage and track Oracle SRs for the Supply Chain track.
Configure, test, and deploy enhancements and new functionality in modules such as:
Procurement
Inventory Management
Order Management
Product Hub
Manufacturing & Costing (optional)
Self-Service Procurement
Supply Planning
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define use cases, and document functional specifications.
Perform system configurations and support end-to-end implementations and upgrades.
Provide hands-on support for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.
Conduct user training, create documentation, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Collaborate with technical developers, integration teams, and third-party vendors to ensure proper solution delivery.
Maintain data integrity and process compliance across all SCM-related modules.
Stay current with Oracle Fusion SCM updates and features, understand the quarterly upgrade release document; recommend and implement best practices and new features.
Support global business users in multiple time zones
Coordinate with the offshore support team .
Qualifications
Must Haves
Bachelor’s degree in information systems , Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM with at least 2+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
Deep functional knowledge of one or more of the following Oracle Fusion modules:
Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Planning or related areas.
