What will your day look like? As a Senior Agile Program Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with clients on significant digital business or engineering transformation projects, leading cross-functional, distributed teams to plan, estimate, and deliver complex programs.
• Implement the most effective team structures and workflows to exceed client expectations and achieve project goals.
• Deliver innovative solutions across areas such as experience management, e-commerce, cloud platforms, customer data, and microservices while focusing on measurable client value at each milestone.
• Conduct planning sessions to assess risks, resolve dependencies, and optimize workflows for successful project delivery.
• Guide senior stakeholders in delivery methodologies and protocols to achieve efficient and timely results.
• Monitor engagement metrics such as burn rate, margins, and revenue to support account health and strategic planning.

You will be a good fit as a Senior Agile Program Manager if you have:

• Hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• The ability to lead teams in delivering technology-driven solutions, such as responsive design, cloud platforms, DevOps, and AI systems.
• A consultative mindset, capable of influencing stakeholders and enacting meaningful change to clients’ workflows.
• Relevant certifications such as Scrum, SAFe, or Product Management are a plus.
• Strong technical familiarity with tools or languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, React, or Swift is an advantage.
