You will be accountable for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge manufacturing solutions to advance our aerospace factories. You will report directly to our Senior Director and you'll work out of our Torrance, CA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on shaping the future of aerospace technology by spearheading the development of design for manufacturability and cost that push the boundaries of innovation. Key Responsibilities * Guide a team of advanced manufacturing engineers to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge manufacturing solutions that set up and enable our factories to produce product with a high yield and low cost * Work with cross-functional teams to drive "design for manufacturability & cost" focusing on KPI's that support launching products into our factories. * Identify opportunities for improving producibility and reducing cost to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
