We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Administrative Assistant & Office Manager to support our Vice President overseeing the Walmart business and manage the daily operations of our Rogers, AR office. This individual will also serve as a key point of support for local Haleon team members, ensuring an efficient, collaborative, and well-equipped work environment. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: + Provide high-level administrative support to the VP, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation. + Serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders. + Coordinate team communications, presentations, and business updates with professionalism and discretion. + Anticipate executive needs and proactively offer solutions or support. **Office & Team Support:** + Oversee daily operations of the Rogers office, including supplies, facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and general organization - Haleon has an onsite manager to support/assist + Coordinate in-office/on-site meetings, events, and team gatherings - ensuring a welcoming, professional environment. + Assist with special projects as needed + Support all Haleon team members based in or visiting the Rogers office, including assisting with logistics, technology needs, onboarding, and workspace coordination. + Serve as the go-to resource for office-related inquiries and issue resolution. + Collaborate with corporate functions (e.g., IT, Facilities, HR) to implement process improvements and enhance the employee experience. **General Administrative Support:** + Assist the broader Walmart customer team with scheduling, reporting, internal systems, and special projects as needed. + Manage office budgets, purchasing, and vendor payments with accuracy and timeliness. + Maintain shared documentation, contact lists, and internal tools to support team collaboration **_Why you?_** **Basic Qualifications:** We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: + 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders and/or managing office operations, preferably in consumer goods or retail. + Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer service mindset. + Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and manage multiple priorities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and expense/travel systems (e.g., Concur). + Tech-savvy + Growth mindset - excitement to learn new technology *This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days in office presence. _Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
