Description We are looking for a Sr. Accountant to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for a range of financial duties including account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger management. This role is an integral part of our team and will contribute to our financial operations. Responsibilities: - Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance - Perform balance sheet reconciliation tasks, identifying and resolving any discrepancies - Oversee and manage the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely - Prepare and record journal entries related to various business transactions - Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting purposes - Oversee and take part in the month end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial statements - Operate and manage financial systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP - Conduct bank reconciliations, verifying and resolving any discrepancies - Assist with other accounting projects as needed. Requirements - Must have a proven track record in Account Reconciliation - Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is essential - Experience in Bank Reconciliations is a must - Strong knowledge of General Ledger management - Ability to accurately prepare Journal Entries - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required - Familiarity with Month End Close procedures - Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable - Knowledge of Oracle financial software is beneficial - Previous experience with SAP is a plus Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
