About The Role The purpose of this position is to be the operational owner and primary liaison for Corebridge Financial Retirement Services' largest retirement plan clients. This position is responsible for administrative management, sales and retention support, and client level monitoring and reporting for assigned plans. Responsibilities * Have a passion for customer service and possess strong skills in building client relationships * Have a 'can do' and an entrepreneurial spirit to solve problems and 'get things done' navigating through complex organizations * Own administrative management for group client retirement plans to ensure that plan sponsors' requests are completed timely and accurately * Perform research and provide group clients with pertinent plan- related information regarding plan activity and operations for their assigned plans * Maintain an average case load of groups of various size; complexities may include controlled groups and individually designed plan documents and groups with special exceptions and provisions * Coordinate client requests, drive problem resolution, execute retirement plan changes, and communicate resolution timely * Regularly monitor strategic group activity including transaction volumes, call volumes, NPS, service level guarantees, timely fee administration, and communicate trends and data insight to the plan sponsor * Partner with relationship managers to provide sales and retention support through business planning, quarterly and annual plan reviews, RFPs/finalist presentations, regular cadence client meetings, and ad hoc client meetings * Establish working relationships with operations teams in order to achieve common objectives Please note this is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities of the position, and the requirements of the job may change in line with business needs. Skills and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (Four years' relevant work experience may be substituted for degree requirement) * 6+ years of retirement plan administration experience with knowledge of pension plan types and defined contribution plans * QKA, QKS, or QKC preferred * Strong problem solving and ability to creatively solution to drive resolution * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and proactively. Ability to create client facing/executive plans and responses. * Strong ability to lead execution and delivery through adjacent teams * Customer centric mindset - ability to understand client needs and success drivers and advocate for the client to deliver * Data-driven - Ability to review data dashboards and reports, identify trends and translate it to meaningful client insights. Excel expertise and ability to present data in a client-facing manner. * Ability to build relationships with confidence, creating dependability and trust. Exude confidence and executive presence in client meetings. * Ability to independently prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Ability to analyze data, determine root cause and provide/develop an appropriate solution for resolution * Leadership - ability to mentor account managers to improve overall client experience, and support key transformation and client engagement projects Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,000 to 90,900 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Work Location This position is based in Corebridge Financial's Houston, TX, Jersey City, NJ, and Woodland Hills, CA offices and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
