Client is seeking aSenior SQL Developerwith 12+ years of experience to join the Corporate IT Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL development within capital markets or financial services and expertise in developing Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and analyze processes for improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases, tables, views, and stored procedures.
• Optimize database performance through indexing and query optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and security through constraints and permissions.
• Develop ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
• Create Power BI dashboards and SSRS reports for data visualization and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and deliver projects successfully.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• SQL Development:Minimum 12 years of experience designing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Capital Markets/Financial Services:Extensive experience in the domain.
• Power BI Dashboards:Proficiency in creating interactive and insightful dashboards.
• SSRS Reports:Strong experience in developing and maintaining reports.
• Accounting Systems:Knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Infor/Lawson) is a plus.
• Communication:Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business teams effectively.
