Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) with 8+ years of relevant experience in SQL Server administration. This role is purely a support role and requires expertise in SQL Server database management, performance tuning, backup/replication, and Azure SQL technologies. The

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide SQL Server database administration support, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage SQL Server replication, primarily transactional replication.
• Support and deploy SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) solutions.
• Configure, deploy, and secure SSRS reports and SSAS tabular models.
• Perform database backups, restores, and high-availability configurations (Always On, failover clustering, log shipping, etc.).
• Work with Azure SQL, Managed SQL Instances, and Synapse Analytics.
• Participate in on-call rotations for database support.
• Perform day-to-day operational support tasks, including deployments and production change management.
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Ensure compliance with database security and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA.
• Expertise in SQL Server Replication (Transactional Replication is a must).
• Strong experience with SQL Server database engine, backups, restores, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS (Tabular preferred).
• Experience with Azure SQL (Azure SQL DB, Managed SQL Instances, Synapse Analytics).
• Ability to deploy and secure SQL Server-based BI solutions.
• Basic scripting skills using PowerShell.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced support role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to document processes concisely.
