Lead a team of Spring Boot developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.

Drive the technical vision and strategy for Spring Boot projects.

Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable Java-based applications using the Spring Boot framework.

Collaborate with system architects to ensure overall system coherence.

Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices

Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Proven experience as a Spring Boot Lead for min 2 projects.

In-depth knowledge of Java development and the Spring Boot framework.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based solutions.

Experience with database design, optimization, and integration.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).

Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
