Spray Foam Applicator Minimum Qualifications: 1 year of Spraying Foam insulation for Residential or Commercial insulation contractors (Occasionally installing insulation or spray foam does not qualify, you must have been a spray foam contractor or currently are) Legal Drivers License Legal U.S. residence Experience driving spray foam insulation rigs Working knowledge of the differences between fiberglass, cellulose, and foam insulation systems Some job duties include: Operating and Driving the Company Truck/Trailer Rig Installing spray foam insulation in buildings, homes, and light commercial spaces Removing and disposing of old insulation Reviewing blueprints and specifications to determine the amount and type of insulation needed Conducting blower door tests and air sealing Completing paperwork for each job We want every employee that represents 3A Foam Specialists, LLC to be a highly trained and prepared professional.
