Job Description

• ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM with CSDM & CMDB.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) certification recommended.
• Agile 2.0, DevOps.
• Good knowledge of Agile and scrum practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow core and best practices
• Expertise in ITBM (IT Business Management / SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) /
• Application Portfolio Management (APM) / Project Portfolio Management (PPM) /
• Technology Portfolio Management (TPM).
• Including applications (Demand Management, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning Workspace,
• Resource Management Financial Management and Project Management).
• Hands-on experience in scripting like Client Scripts, UI Policy, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions,
• Workflow/Flow and ACLs along with Performance Analytics.
• Experience in Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON and Scripted Web Services) with 3rd party tools.
• Strong consulting skills to engage with customers during discovery workshops.
