Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for each client
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address client's specific needs
• Provide direct therapy services to clients and monitor their progress
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately in the electronic health records system
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology
  
  

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid and active Louisiana Board of Education for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology
• Pass a criminal background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
