What You'll Do: Provide engaging and neuro-affirming speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients (a healthy mix of neurotypes, but an emphasis on Autistic and/or ADHD). Commit to ongoing learning and professional development in neurodiversity-affirming practices. You Are Someone Who: Holds a valid Texas SLP-A license. Has experience working with pediatric clients. Possesses a strong understanding of neurodivergence, particularly Autism and ADHD. Is deeply committed to the neurodiversity paradigm and anti-ABA/behaviorist principles. Is LGBTQ+ affirming and actively anti-racist in their clinical practice. Values collaboration, empathy, and respect. Is self-motivated, organized, and reliable.
