Role Description

This is a full-time Home health role for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, located in West Houston and Katy, TX. The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant will support the speech-language pathologist in the diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, aiding in the development of treatment plans, assisting with articulation and speech therapy exercises, and maintaining accurate records of patient progress.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech, Speech Therapy, and Articulation
• Understanding of Communication and Communication Disorders
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with children and adults
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Completion of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent qualification
• Certification or license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Texas
