Point of Care Therapy is a therapist owned and operated home health agency located in Fort Worth, TX, providing pediatric speech, language, and feeding therapy services to children from birth to 20 years old. We are a fast growing startup and currently have a variety of caseload options for SLP Assistants. We treat patients on-site (in homes, daycares, and learning centers) and have immediate positions available for speech therapy assistants who are local to the greater Tarrant County area.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant at Point of Care Therapy in the Fort Worth, Arlington, Mid-Cities areas of North Texas. The Assistant will be responsible for assisting in speech therapy sessions, supporting communication development, addressing communication disorders, and working on speech and language skills with pediatric clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy and Communication Disorders

• Strong communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

• Previous experience working with children

• SLP (Assistant) Texas State Licensed current and maintained

• Understanding of developmental milestones in communication

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!

Pay

  • SLP Per-Visit Rate: $45 (30 minute visits)

  • Quarterly Sign-on Bonus

  • Bilingual (Spanish) Stipend Offered

  • Mileage Reimbursed (per IRS regulations)

  • W2 or 1099 if LLC
