The Clinical Team Leader oversees patient care as a charge nurse, ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment on a 12x3 day shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Required BSN, valid RN license in Texas or compact license, and completion of charge nurse training within 90 days if external hire.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, with advanced certifications (CCRN, CEN, RNC) preferred within 2 years.
• Responsible for frontline leadership, staffing plans based on patient acuity, and managing unit workflow to meet quality and fiscal goals.
• Coordinates patient flow, supports department initiatives, participates in peer interviews, and assists with investigations.
• Works to improve patient outcomes, experience, and departmental performance in a reputable, award-winning hospital with specialized programs and a diverse workforce.
