Speech Language Pathologist and/or SLP CF
Job Description
Are you passionate about helping individuals improve their communication skills? Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist! In this role, you’ll provide assessment and direct treatment to clients with speech and language needs. If you’re committed to making a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders using evidence-based practices.
- Develop individualized therapy programs based on assessments.
- Provide measurable, at-home activities to support client development.
- Document progress using quantitative and qualitative SOAP notes.
- Supervise Clinical Fellows and train new clinicians.
- Assist with research projects, in-service training, and family/community education.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Attend company and management meetings.
- Follow CA SLPA supervision guidelines.
- Render/cancel appointments through CentralReach.

Qualifications:
- CA SLP board license
- CPR certification
- ASHA Certification
- Annual TB Skin Test
