This role focuses on speech, language, and communication development to help students build confidence in their abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with communication challenges.
• Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into daily learning.
• Maintain accurate progress reports and documentation following school and state guidelines.
• Utilize engaging, research-based techniques to make therapy fun and effective.
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Pennsylvania SLP license.
• Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification required.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply strong supervision available!
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
