Onsite SLP/SLPA Position in Byfield, MA

Location: Byfield, MA

Setting: Onsite

We are currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Byfield, MA. This position involves working primarily on a middle and high school campus, with the possibility of providing support in one of the elementary schools as well.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across middle and high school levels.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students in need of speech and language services.
• Monitor and document student progress towards therapy goals.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
  
  

Caseload: 25-30 students

Qualifications

• Must have an active Massachusetts SLP license or certification for SLPAs.
• Experience working with middle and high school students preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
