Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our early intervention team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and coaching families to support their child's development. Responsibilities: Provide speech therapy services to infants (birth to three years old) enrolled in early intervention programs. Collaborate with families and other members of the early intervention team to set goals and implement strategies to support the child's development. Coach families on therapeutic exercises and activities to promote motor development and improve functional skills. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and billing information. Stay informed about best practices and evidence-based interventions in pediatric occupational therapy. Requirements: Early Intervention credentials. IL License Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Cultural competence and the ability to interact effectively with families from diverse backgrounds. Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred.
