What You’ll Do
As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll collaborate closely with Case Managers and an interdisciplinary team to provide in-home services supporting patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You’ll evaluate and treat conditions related to speech, language, cognition, and fluency—empowering patients to regain confidence and functionality in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled therapy services in patients' homes
- Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers, providing strategies and support
- Collaborate with clinicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid California driver’s license
- Solid understanding of the impact of illness and injury on communication
- Experience in home health preferred
- Comfort with high-acuity patients and interdisciplinary teamwork
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using web-based applications and digital charting
Compensation
$110,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience
Includes bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits
