Puzzle Pieces is seeking a
Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative team of clinicians to support
children ages 12 and younger with a variety of communication needs. Our pediatric practice provides respectful, family-centered, and neurodiversity affirming services from a multidisciplinary team of clinicians including speech-language pathologists, mental health clinicians, and occupational therapists.
We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic, warm, compassionate, confident clinician, and a true team player to join our organization with Friday and/or Saturday availability!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a diverse caseload with a variety of pediatric speech-language disorders
- Implement tailored interventions for children that demonstrate creativity and passion
- Collaborate with parents to provide unique, wrap-around support not found elsewhere.
- Solve problems with flexibility and adapt to the diverse needs of our clients
- Embrace independence while fostering a culture of lifelong learning and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Current Massachusetts SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (required)
- Experience with, and a passion for working with children and families
- An understanding of neurodiversity-affirming therapy is preferred.
- Willingness to be a true team player with our interdisciplinary team and possess strong communication skills.
