Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy for a variety of speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for educational planning.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Experience in a school or clinical setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
