What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations, utilizing standardized and informal assessment tools.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
Provide therapy in-home, at school, or in the community, focusing on speech, language, and communication skills.
Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to maximize progress.
Educate and coach parents/caregivers on strategies to support skill development outside of sessions.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and insurance standards.
For Feeding Therapy Specialists:
Assess and treat feeding/swallowing challenges, including sensory-based and oral motor difficulties.
Develop strategies to improve safe swallowing, mealtime routines, and early language development.
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active SLP license in Massachusetts.
Minimum one year of pediatric experience (preferred).
Independent licensure (ability to practice without supervision).
Strong communication & collaboration skills to work with families and interdisciplinary teams.
NPI number (preferred, but we can assist in obtaining one).
Reliable transportation for in-home/community visits.
Compensation & Benefits
$120 per evaluation, $80 per ongoing session
