The position evaluates patients of all ages regarding the application of a wide variety of therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of speech, language, swallowing, and oral-motor disorders. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age-specific patient populations (e.g., infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics).
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Upon hire: California Speech Language Pathologist License.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Within 30 days of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization.
One year of experience providing Speech and Language Services.
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical hospital experience.
For NICU: One year of clinical experience in any setting providing speech language pathology to infants, children, or adolescents, or experience in an acute care hospital providing speech language pathology directly to infants, children, or adolescents who have a CCS-eligible medical condition. CCS paneled.
