Qualifications
Masters Degree (M.S. / M.A.) in Communication Disorders
Licensed or License-eligible for the state of IL
Illinois PEL Certification
ASHA SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
Experience as a School-Based SLP or with pediatric populations is a plus
Location:Rockford, IL
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations to assess students' communication skills
Provide services to school-aged children with varying disabilities impacting their learning
Collaborate with Special Education Professionals to develop relevant treatment plans
Maintain documentation and participate in meetings as required
