Are you a thoughtful, relationship-driven SLP who’s passionate about treating the root cause—not just the symptoms?

Expressions Pediatric Therapy is looking for a skilled and compassionate speech-language pathologist to join our growing team. We’re especially interested in someone with experience or a strong interest in feeding therapy and/or orofacial myofunctional therapy who is excited to learn, collaborate, and grow in these areas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat clients with speech, language, and feeding challenges
  • Collaborate closely with families and other professionals
  • Document progress and communicate clearly
  • Educate caregivers and provide home strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and billing
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and evidence-based practices
  • Participate in occasional community outreach and education


What You’ll Need:

  • CCC-SLP with 2+ years experience preferred
  • Alabama state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication skills and a team mindset
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to provide occasional offsite visits (home/preschool)
  • Feeding/myo training is a plus—but not required if you’re excited to learn!
