The Speech Language Pathologist contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing assessments and implementing plans of care to patients requiring speech therapy services in their homes in Rhode Island. The Speech Language Pathologist serves as a resource to clients, family members, and field staff by performing evaluations and establishing achievable goals. The SLP is a vital part of a multi-disciplinary team and is equipped with a tablet for documentation.

Qualifications For a Home Care Physical Therapist

• Active Speech Language Pathologist License in Rhode Island
• Masters Degree from program accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
• One or more years of Speech Therapy experience, Home Care experience preferred
• Reliable vehicle, clean driver's license, automobile insurance
• CPR certified
