Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide per-diem services for a School in Federal Way, WA. This role involves assessing and treating students with communication disorders, collaborating with educators and families, and supporting academic success through individualized therapy plans.

Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Licensure/Certifications:
Active Washington State SLP license.
Current BLS certification.
Experience: 1+ year of experience in speech-language pathology.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in speech/language assessments, IEP development, and therapy planning.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, patience, and ability to work with children and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct therapy services to students with articulation, fluency, voice, or language disorders.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support student progress.
Document sessions, progress reports, and compliance with school/district policies.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
