About Us

At Hello Speech Solutions, our mission is to empower children to unlock their full communication potential. We provide home-based speech-language therapy for the pediatric population (ages 0–3), supporting early communicators and their families with high-quality, compassionate care. In addition to ongoing therapy, our team may occasionally conduct initial assessments for the pediatric population as needed.

We are currently seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team and serve families in the following communities:

Alhambra, Arcadia, Boyle Heights, City Terrace, Commerce, East Los Angeles, East Pasadena, El Sereno, Eagle Rock/Highland Park, La Habra Heights, La Mirada, Lincoln Heights, Montebello, Monterey Park, Mount Washington, Pico Rivera, Rosemead, San Gabriel, San Marino, South Pasadena, Santa Fe Springs, Temple City, and Whittier

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized speech therapy services in home-based settings, or in preschool settings when arranged in agreement with the parents, for children ages 0–3.
• Address needs in areas such as early intervention, articulation, phonology, receptive/expressive language, autism spectrum disorders, AAC, and social communication.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and other professionals.
• Track and communicate progress clearly and compassionately.
• Write progress reports and complete assessment reports as needed.
• Engage in team collaboration and clinical knowledge-sharing—our SLPs are encouraged to learn from and support one another.

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate about working with young children and their families.
• Experience or interest in early intervention.
• Comfortable serving a culturally, linguistically, and socioeconomically diverse population.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the listed service areas.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• California SLP License (Required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (Required)
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation (Required)
• Ability to commute to client homes in the specified areas
• At least 1 year of previous pediatric speech therapy experience

Schedule & Benefits
