Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

• Conducting evaluations of residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
• Developing individualized treatment plans for residents
• Providing interventions to help residents with speech, language, and swallowing challenges
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
• Educating residents, families, and staff on communication techniques, swallowing strategies, and safety precautions
