Summary

BEAM Early Intervention is seeking a full time, enthusiastic and passionate full time Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (CFY applicants welcome) to join our team. In this role, you will provide home and/or community-based services to infants, toddlers and their families to enhance the child's growth and development. Key Responsibilities: ●Provide direct intervention services to the child/caregiver with a family coaching component ●Conduct developmental assessments as part of a team to identify delays/areas of need ●Develop, implement and review Individualized Family Service Plans tailored to each child's needs ●Educate and support families by providing strategies to promote development in everyday activities ●Participate in therapeutic playgroups to support children's participation in activities ●Collaborate with other professionals and provide consultations in area of expertise ●Monitor and document progress toward child/family outcomes ●Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal regulations Qualifications: ●Master's level Speech and Language Pathologist with current Massachusetts licensure ●2 years experience working with young children with a focus on birth to three ●Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams ●Current CPR and First Aid certification ●Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Benefits: ●Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications ●Health, dental, life insurance, etc ●Generous time off and flexible scheduling ●Supportive and collaborative work environment
