Summary

This position is for school year 2025-2026 The successful external (non-FEA) applicant will receive a $2,000 signing bonus following the first 30 days of his/her contract. Job Summary: The Speech and Language Pathologist is responsible for facilitating competency in speech and language skills in communicatively disordered students. Retirement: State of Alaska TRS Bargaining Unit: Fairbanks Education Association (FEA) Salary: Determined by the FEA Negotiated Agreement Contract Length: Minimum of 184 days Job Qualifications/Requirements (please review job description for qualifications and duties of the position): * Master's degree or higher with a major emphasis in speech-language pathology, audiology, or speech-language hearing science. * Have or be eligible for an Alaska Type C special services certificate with an applicable endorsement for speech/language. * Must be able to travel to various schools and offices within the Fairbanks North Star Borough. While driving on district business, must hold a valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and registration.
