Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Experience working with children, particularly in a school setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Familiarity with various speech and language disorders and interventions
Proficient in data collection and documentation

Responsibilities
Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as required
Maintain accurate records of services provided and outcomes achieved
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions
Provide guidance and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development
