In this role, you will oversee spares planning to coordination for critical aircraft projects, ensuring timely availability of materials from both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Material Management Executives to ensure timely availability of aircraft spares for ongoing projects.
• Monitor, manage, and review spares requirements with internal and external stakeholders to prevent shortages.
• Implement best practices to minimize project residue and improve materials management processes.
• Coordinate spare part sales and customer buybacks as needed.
• Provide accurate advice on material availability, lead times, specifications, and sourcing alternatives.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards in all materials operations.
• Coach and develop team members while handling shift duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledgeable of aircraft spares management and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) sourcing processes.
• Proven supervisory and coaching skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good communication skills in both spoken English and Chinese, with great written English proficiency.
• Solid understanding of supply chain and/or aircraft maintenance operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced with company IT systems.
• Able to work independently under pressure and make sound, logical decisions.
