We are now looking for a Specialist, Invoicing and Export documentation  to grow with us in our Invoicing and Documentation team located in UPM Business HUB Wroclaw, Poland

Welcome to join our Invoicing and Documentation team in Timber business. In this role you’ll get a comprehensive insight into end-to-end value chain from forest to customer in a global working environment. What You Will Do

• Be responsible for domestic and export invoicing of sawn timber and by-products
• Create invoices (invoice, proforma), create invoices for by-products (wood chips, wood dust), create miscellaneous invoices
• Handle credit notes
• Prepare and review export documents (letter of credit, cash against documents, certificates of origin, insurance certificates, other certificates on demand)
• Be responsible of eArchiving of documents
• Handle Stock transfers
• Calculate annual discounts for customers
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on daily basis
• Support continuous improvement of processes and ways of working
  
  

Who You Are

• You have a bachelor’s degree
• You have experience in Invoicing and Document management or other roles related to Order To Cash operations
• You can collaborate effectively with others while also handling tasks on your own
• You have great organizational and prioritization skills
• You have experience in following systems is beneficiary: WSS, Service Now, Power Bi, Oracle analytics cloud and Basware
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Finnish is an asset
