We’re looking for a conceptually minded, creatively driven graphic designer with experience and knowledge of their craft. You’ll be working on a wide range of projects that have multiple touchpoints, collaborating with a diverse group of people. You’ll be someone your colleagues will come to for design input. This is a great opportunity to help shape the visual communication of a global sports brand in China, where the human spirit and design are at the heart of its culture.

Your mission

• Inspire, create, and drive the future of On’s visual identity in China.
• Work with Swiss design on a daily basis, with functionality, clarity, and precision as your design guiding principles.
• Be a team player and create collaboratively; be proactive and organized in communicating with your peers and partners across teams.
• Represent our brand identity in China with consistency while leveraging your understanding of the Chinese culture and market to come up with smart, localized solutions.
• Embrace new challenges in an ever-changing environment at a fast-growing brand.
• Work closely with the team at our APAC headquarters in Shanghai.
  
  

Your story

• Degree in graphic design (or equivalent).
• At least 4+ years of experience in the graphic design field.
• Excellent typography skills and immaculate attention to detail with a keen eye for visuals.
• Experience working with creative graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
• Strong self-management of tasks and time while also ensuring effective oversight and coordination of external vendors’ work and timelines.
• You recognize feedback as a growth opportunity and are not afraid to receive and give feedback.
• Approach design with a consumer-centric mindset while emphasizing the importance of tangible implementation outcomes.
• A positive mindset with openness to new challenges and learning.
• You are eager to learn and enjoy bringing new ideas to the table.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
