Your mission

• You work to make our Chief Innovation Officer and his leadership team effective and efficient: you prioritise, anticipate and solve problems starting at calendar- and inbox management and ending at strategic offsite support for the function (e.g. location booking and logistics, collaborating with teams to draft agendas and quietly implementing a no-frills systematic approach)
• You shape and enable cultural moments like functional town halls, orchestrate contributions during global events and support in driving other strategic announcements and executive communications.
• You navigate the day-to-day work by prioritisation, time management, handling ad-hoc projects and steady optimisation of systems and processes for effective collaboration of the CIO management team
  
  

Your story

• Typically 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally as executive assistant or in a similar position supporting key leadership members
• Strong sense of independent thinking, and entrepreneurial, pro-active decision-making under pressure
• Excellence in creative problem solving, paired with a growth mindset and a superior “can-do”- spirit
• Excellent communication skills (english fluency both verbally and written) and ability to build strong relationships
• Experience in drafting communications to large audiences
• Ideally you bring experience working for a product company
• Excitement about working at the intersection of multiple key intersects of a fast growing company
• Capable of leveraging digital tools and systems to support your work
• You speak fluent English and German
