Maintains and monitors systems to ensure continuity and clarity across the Office of Schools and, most critically, clarity and coherence in all delivery of services and communications to schools. Oversees day-to-day operations for implementing district priorities from all departments and the District's school support and supervision processes across the Office of Schools, including system management, data analysis, communications, training and other projects. Improves support services to all district-run schools by focusing on creating, maintaining, and improving district systems, processes, and communications, operations and delivery of services to schools.

What You'll Do:
* Works cross-functionally across multiple CCS teams to achieve desired supports for schools grounded in school need and aligned to clear CCS priorities
* Progress monitors CCS long term goals through data management. Analyzes district wide data to tell the story of CCS programming through report creation as well as identifying potential opportunities for improvement
* Data reporting to the district, city, state and federal agencies based on program participation
* Manages all data tracking and communication systems, internal to the, Office of Career and College Success, and interactions with schools directly
* Maintains systems to monitor school needs and how they are or are not being met by our alignment school support deployment model; serves as a contact for school leaders to troubleshoot support issues
* Manages day-to-day operations for the District's school support and supervision processes across the division, including system management, data analysis, communications from all teams within the Office of Career and College Success, training and other projects to ensure alignment to priorities and maintained focus; monitors impact on school leaders and ensures supports are at the right time and aligned to need
* Collaborates with stakeholders to drive improvements to the CCS systems; collaborates across departments to identify potential opportunities for collaboration across CCS teams
* Designs and maintains operating systems for ensuring clarity, coherence, and consistency in school support delivery and collaboration across all departments within CCS and delivers training to employees on implementing systems
* Proactively identifies, tracks and communicates risks and potential solutions to relevant stakeholders, including associated stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and change management.
* Provides technical and logistical support to all CCS programs.
* Oversees the continuous improvement and alignment of services provided from all CCS teams in the Office of Career and College Success , including deployment of support; works cross-functionally to problem solve support needs, clarity needs, identify duplication in work and delivery and improve clarity and integration across all CCS programs.
What You'll Need:
* High School Diploma or GED - Required
* Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Experience - Preferred
* Three (3+) plus years of program oversight and/or school operations - Preferred
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace
* Knowledge of data analysis and Google Sheets
* Development of data reports and interpretation
* Effective time management and organizational skills
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Effectively handles multiple demands and competing deadlines
* The ability to take responsibility for one's own performance
* Works collaboratively with others on a team and is able to foster effective relationships with district staff, schools and external partners
* High degree of integrity in handling confidential information
