Job Purpose

Plan, strategize Internal True Corporate Platform to support sales operation and end to end supply chain process. Responsible for driving efficiency, increasing productivity and enhancing operational effectiveness. Reduce unnecessary expenses and resources and achieve the organization goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving efficiency, increasing productivity and enhance operational effectiveness
• Analyze and assess the existing business processes by reviewing current systems, procedures, and workflow to identify areas of improvement and potential automation opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT professionals to understand business requirements and gather feedback to ensure process simplification and automation solutions meet business needs.
• Develop or redesign and implement solutions such as creating new process, workflows, design business rules and integrate various systems including conduct the test to ensure the smooth implementation and function as intended design.
• Oversee process improvement initiatives and measure performance to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and implement automation tools to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, save time and improve accuracy.
• Manage the change associated with process improvement by ensuring effective communication, training and support to employees and stakeholders.
• Document processes, workflows and procedures to ensure consistency and continuity.

Qualification and Experience

Qualification: Bachelor or Master of Science (Information System Management or Related Area)

Experience: 7 Experience in process improvement or 5 Years Enterprise Operation (Order to Cash/Procure to Pay/Inventory and Logistic/Accounting and Finance)

Skill and Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of B2B Operation Process (ERP- procure to pay, order to cash, inventory, accounting and financial)

- Experience in Process Optimization

- Strong logical and systematic thinking

- Strong problem-solving skills
