Position Summary
The Senior Coordinator, Discovery Clubs, supports the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives that enhance our enrichment programs. You’ll play a key role in improving the systems, processes, and tools that help deliver high-quality experiences for children, families, and staff.
This is a collaborative role that sits at the intersection of Product, Technology, Operations, and Program Delivery. You’ll help ensure that our operational tools meet the needs of seasonal programming, registration workflows, curriculum delivery, and staff support.
A Day in the Life of This Role
Coordinate and execute go-to-market for Discovery Clubs and day-to-day execution of product-related projects and cross-functional initiatives, including:
- Creation of the Discovery Club calendar for each school district
- Coordinate with the field team and vendors to schedule DC classes at each school
- Ensure that all pricing, schedules, and registration are correct and up to date
- Partner with the finance, operations, marketing, and tech team to gather requirements and track deliverables that ensure all classes have registration open on time, and partners are paid at the appropriate intervals.
- Build project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met—especially during key seasonal cycles (e.g., DC registration, program launches)
- Mitigate risk by ensuring contracts, vendor insurance, and instructor background checks are up to date.
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting tools
- Communicate with vendors and Right At School partners to ensure that enrichment classes and policies are met.
- Coordinate with the field team and vendors to schedule DC classes at each school
- Create and refine resources and training for the field teams.
- Assist with marketing elective programs to families.
- Support rollout of new tools, platforms, and process updates, ensuring adoption by program and operational staff
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to club coordinators and the offshore team members supporting discovery clubs.

Field Support, Training, And Advocacy
- Help identify operational pain points and work with stakeholders to propose and implement scalable solutions. Work with Right At School clients and internal stakeholders at various levels of seniority to ensure that Discovery Clubs meet the needs of each client.
- Assist with post-project reviews and data collection to inform future improvements
- Create and refine resources and training for the field teams.
Process Improvement
- Take prompt action by assessing appropriate data and policies, with consideration of the school partners in the field team.
- Be comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity, identifying policy updates needed to ensure there are no roadblocks to the programming.
Position Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in an operational or product-focused environment
- Experience working with or supporting youth programs, education services, or seasonal operations is highly valued
- Bachelor's or 4-year degree preferred
- Think critically to update and change processes
- Comfortable with large data sets
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization
- Proficient in all Google Suite and deeper knowledge of Google Sheets or excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills—able to handle multiple priorities and shifting deadlines with ease
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Trello, or similar) is a plus
- Agile, PMP, or other project management certifications are a plus
- Adaptable to new technologies
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
