We are currently seeking full time paraprofessional educators for the 2024-25 school year, in our special education schools, where we are currently serving students K-12 with communication, learning and behavioral challenges. Full time positions available at The Institute for Effective Education, a non-profit organization that operates 5 private schools in the San Diego Area. As a research based organization, we provide extensive training on evidence based instructional practices that are grounded in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. We also provide direct coaching and support in the classroom to sharpen the talents of our teachers and better serve our students and our mission.
