ROSEN USA seeks to employ a Spare Parts Coordinator to maintain spare parts boxes and NORMs boxes for ROSEN ILI Inspection Tools.
Responsibilities:
Catalogue, replace, and maintain spare parts box inventory for ILI Inspection tools
Catalogue, replace, and maintain NORMs box inventory for ILI Inspection tools
Ability to identify mechanical and plastic parts and other elements that may need to be purchased or manufactured for the tool.
Serves as Point of Contact with Team Leads and Supply Chain regarding spare parts boxes and NORM boxes
Work in close cooperation with Parts Coordinator for SOP inventory items with particular focus on spare parts boxes and NORMs boxes
Conduct weekly and/or monthly audits on Maintenance calibration tools
Coordinate with Team Leads and Supply Chain to replace calibration tools that are nearing expiration dates and/or already out-of-date
Coordinate with Parts Coordinator to order new calibration tools/equipment
Identify process gaps within the spare parts box and NORMs box workflow and communicate gaps to the appropriate individuals (Head of SOP, ProPs, etc)
Requirements
Local Houston area applicants only, relocation and/or sponsorship not available.

Physical Demands:
Position is 70% sedentary desk work.
Spare Parts Box with contents will weight approximately 65 lbs.
Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. from a start height of 39 inches to an end height of chest level from the floor up to 7 times per hour.
Must be able to vertically transfer inventory weighing up to 26 lbs. from a start height from the floor to an end height of 85 inches from the floor up to 4 times per hour.
Must be able to transfer spare parts onto pallet jacks utilizing a mechanical device with a force up to 10 - 27 lbs. a distance of 25 - 150 feet up to 1 time per hour.
Must be able to ascend/descend a flight of 17 stairs to load and unload inventory with a height of 6 inches from the floor up to 1 time per hour.
Qualification or Skills:
Preferably 2+ years of relevant parts quality assurance experience
Associates degree with emphasis in mechanics a plus
Experience in a mechanical or manufacturing environment required
Experience with parts inventory and parts movements
Must have experience interpreting and working with schematic diagrams, specification sheets and manuals
Must comply with established Health and Safety regulations
Good written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Good time management and organization skills
A self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Basic skills with Microsoft Office products such as Word & Excel
Successfully complete a drug screen test, background check and physical performance evaluation including a vision exam as applicable to the position
