Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Operations Supervisor located in St. Catharines, ON. The Spa Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and provide leadership to staff. Responsibilities include managing spa schedules, optimizing operational procedures, addressing client inquiries, conducting staff training, and maintaining high service standards. The supervisor will also analyze operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
